Field Operations Technician
AntiGravity Entertainment is seeking a reliable, adaptable, and hands-on individual to join our team as a Field Operations Technician. In this role, you’ll help bring our innovative movement-based performances to life by assisting with equipment setup and strike, working closely with our performers and production team, and traveling to off-site gigs across Florida and beyond.
You’ll be a key part of the behind-the-scenes crew, ensuring events run smoothly, gear is safely transported, and every detail is handled with precision and care. This is a fast-paced, physical job that requires a flexible and adaptable work style, clear communication, and a willingness to jump in wherever needed.

Details:
- Pay Range: $20–$25/hour
- Schedule: 4–6 weekday hours plus 2 guaranteed monthly gigs (8–10 hours each)
- Travel: Frequent off-site gigs; travel stipend available for events 200+ miles away
- Location: Based out of The Hangar (Orlando, FL) with regional travel
- Role may be adjusted based on availability and experience
