*PLEASE NOTE THAT CLASSES ARE RESTRICTED BY AGE & LEVEL. New students will be evaluated during their first class. New students should start with either a Level 1/Conditioning or Level 2/Beginner class, which require no strength or skill prerequisites. Special permission is required for new students taking upper level classes. The first class must be used to evaluate and then recommend proper level placement for future classes. AGE RESTRICTIONS: All classes are for “adult” students 12+ years, unless special permission is given through AG Management in advance.
