Allison Sipes is a professional aerialist, performer, and creative producer with over two decades of experience in live entertainment, performance training, and event production.

A former junior Olympic gymnast and trained dancer, Allison combines technical expertise with creative vision to develop engaging entertainment experiences for corporate events, theme parks, festivals, and theatrical productions. Since joining AntiGravity Orlando in 2021, she has worked as an instructor, performer, marketing manager, and now Events Coordinator, helping clients bring unique entertainment concepts to life.

With a background in performance, coaching, competition production, and business development, Allison serves as a bridge between creative talent and client objectives, ensuring each project delivers both artistic excellence and unforgettable audience experiences.
