DANIELA ROPER MABRY

Systems & Operations Director

Daniela Mabry has been dedicated to the art of aerial performance since 2011 and has been a part of the AntiGravity Orlando family for over a decade. Her journey in movement began long before aerial arts through color guard and Drum Corps International, where she performed across the country and helped The Academy Drum & Bugle Corps earn the 2006 DCI Division II World Championship title.

After beginning her aerial training in Orlando and continuing her education in Arizona, Daniela gained experience as both a performer and entertainment coordinator, working on large-scale events and productions throughout the United States. Her passion for performance eventually brought her back to Orlando, where she has continued to grow both on stage and behind the scenes.

Today, Daniela serves as the Systems and Operations Director for AntiGravity Orlando, overseeing the systems, processes, and operational infrastructure that support the organization’s continued growth. Throughout her years with the company, she has held a wide variety of roles, including instructor, work-study lead, satellite studio lead, office manager, event coordinator, gig manager, rigger, principal performer, curriculum contributor, and trainer for new team members. Her diverse experience provides a unique understanding of both the student and staff experience, allowing her to build systems that support excellence across all departments.

In addition to her work in aerial arts, Daniela is a licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant and Sensory Processing Specialist. Her clinical background brings a deeper understanding of movement, body awareness, confidence-building, and nervous system regulation to her coaching and mentorship. She is passionate about helping individuals discover meaningful movement experiences that foster growth both in the air and in everyday life. Daniela is also continuing her studies through the Eden Energy Medicine program, further exploring the connection between movement, energy, and overall well-being.

Daniela’s favorite apparatus is silks, where she enjoys blending strength, artistry, and emotional expression. When she isn’t at the studio, she enjoys contributing to color guard programs, developing innovative movement-based programs, spending time with her husband and two children, and continuing her own journey of learning and personal growth.

Whether supporting students, mentoring staff, optimizing operations, or performing in the air, Daniela is dedicated to creating environments where people can build confidence, embrace challenges, and experience the transformative power of movement.
