DANIELA ROPER MABRY

Operations Manager & Executive Assistant

Driven by passion and purpose, Daniela has been dedicated to the art of aerial performance since 2011. Her professional training began in Orlando, Florida, where she completed an internship at Disney World before returning to Mesa, AZ to continue her education with Experience Arts School (EAS), which later became Altitude Aerial Arts & Dance Co. From 2012 to 2014, she gained performance experience with major shows such as the Budweiser FIFA viewing party in Las Vegas and managed the entertainment for the grand opening of the Tanger Mall in Glendale, AZ. Seeking even more opportunities in the world of entertainment, she returned to Orlando in 2014 to grow her career in the theme park capital of the world.

For over a decade, Daniela has captivated audiences across the country, performing in cities like Phoenix, Las Vegas, Atlanta, New York City, and Orlando. Her journey began in Gilbert, AZ, where she discovered her passion for performance as a member of her high school’s marching band color guard team. During that time, she had the honor of marching in the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade in 2004.

Separately, Daniela joined The Academy Drum and Bugle Corps, a competitive Drum Corps International (DCI) ensemble. With The Academy, she performed in stadiums across the country and helped the team secure the 2006 DCI Division II World Championship — a milestone achievement that further fueled her love for live performance.

Inspired by these early experiences, Daniela began coaching the performing arts in 2007, right after graduating. Her love for movement and creative expression eventually branched into the world of aerial arts, where she found immense joy in helping others build confidence and strength. Her passion for teaching deepened as she witnessed the transformative power of movement in her students’ lives.

Determined to understand the mind-body-spirit connection on a deeper level, Daniela became a licensed Occupational Therapy Practitioner. As a Sensory Processing Specialist based in Orlando, she enjoys helping individuals of all ages master meaningful movements that support both functional goals and emotional well-being. She is also currently training in energy medicine, adding another layer to her holistic approach to movement, healing, and human potential. This clinical and energetic knowledge continues to enrich her aerial coaching, allowing her to merge all disciplines for greater impact.

Currently, Daniela serves as both the Executive Assistant and Operations Manager at AntiGravity, where she plays a vital role in supporting operations across all departments. Over her 10+ years with the company, she has worn many hats — instructor, work-study lead, satellite studio lead, office manager, event coordinator, gig manager, rigger, principal performer, and now operations manager. She is known for her adaptability, leadership, and behind-the-scenes strength that keeps the organization moving forward. Her favorite apparatus is silks, a medium that allows her to combine grace, power, and emotion in every performance.

Daniela also contributes to the growth of others by training new hires and supporting curriculum development for the AntiGravity school. Outside of work, she continues to coach local high school color guard teams and cherishes time with her family, friends, her two children, her husband, and their beloved dogs. With a vibrant spirit and a drive for excellence, Daniela looks forward to continuing her journey — on the ground, in the air, and everywhere in between.
